  • Sunshine Photography has been contracted by Fancy & Free Weddings to photograph your wedding. Payment is made direct to Natalie Skye at Fancy & Free Weddings. The session fee covers the photographer’s time and talent, custom editing of selected images from your day and your images provided via download (both high res and low res files) when they are ready. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks from the date of your session for completion of your edited images. Session times are either 45 mins or 1.5 hours, depending on what package you have purchased from Fancy & Free Weddings. Any extra time will attract a fee.
  • Sunshine Photography retains the copyright and ownership of all images. Once purchased, you may use/print your images for personal use only. Reproduction of images for any other purpose without express consent from the photographer is unlawful and strictly prohibited. Scanning, screen capturing and printing of said images are all considered copyright infringement. The best images from your session will always be those chosen for fine art retouching/editing. These are chosen at the discretion of the photographer. Sunshine Photography will provide a range of images in both colour and monochrome at the discretion of the photographer. At your request, Sunshine Photography can re-edit up to 5 images from your gallery. Any extra edits will attract a fee of $5.00 per image. The original digital negatives will not be provided to the client, under any circumstances. Sunshine Photography does not guarantee image quality/colouring if self-processing.
  • Sunshine Photography cannot accept any responsibility or liability for the following circumstances; sickness, accidents, injury, serious injury resulting in loss of life, loss of property, damage to property sustained whilst on a photographic session with Sunshine Photography.
  • Your details including name, address, email and contact telephone numbers will be stored on our database and used to inform you of future promotions and special events. Your information is confidential and will not be released to outside agencies.
  • By completing this model release below you agree to allow Sunshine Photography the irrevocable right to use your/your children‘s picture, portrait or photograph in all forms of media and in all manner, including electronic media and/or composite representations, for advertising, trade, or any lawful purposes and will waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy that may be created in connection therewith.
